Twelve years of building
Since it was founded in Riyadh in 2014, Four Directions has moved from neighbourhood commercial centres to residential towers, business parks and hospitality projects.

The beginnings
The journey began with AlNarjes Center, then Alnada Plaza, Jazan Boulevard, Sakif and AlKhair Plaza, on to Centro DeVida, AlTawun Center and Yamama Tower.

Where we are now
Today the company is working on nine projects in progress, among them Yamama City Center, Yamama Business Park, Jatheer Tower, Yamama Hills and Yamama Avenue.
